General terms

1. All commercial transactions concluded with our clients are subject to the following general terms and conditions. The customer acknowledges to have read the present terms and conditions and he is considered to have accepted them by the mere fact of his order or any other written agreement.

5. For all the disputes which refer directly or indirectly to the commercial transactions who are the object of our invoices, only the courts of Bruges shall have sole jurisdiction.
